We do not spend your session watching you stretch or go through agility drills. We advise you of doing those things on your own, which we will give you a detailed print out on what you should be doing outside of our session. We first find out what your goals are. Then we concentrate our efforts on perfecting your mechanics. 

We use proven methods to improve velocity and accuracy. We pass along instruction on how to be successful based on years of real world high level experience.
